Carefully disassemble the bike and pack it securely in its original manufacturer packaging to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to pick up the crate directly from your location.

After our technicians inspect the returned bike for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
